There is a large scale in our enterprise, including 100t traveling crane, vertical lathe group under 6.3m, φ250, φ220, φ200, φ160 ,boring machine group ,high-precision large planer, large 1600*8000 lathe and 1500*3000 lathe, CNC wire-cut machine and other high-end accurate equipment , to meet the highly demanding of production and procession. To make the delivery time short, chinavast invested a big capital to build its own foundry and motor factory to fit for its equipment. Therefor the common quick-wear parts and spare parts can be delivered in a week. Less than 100t products can be delivered in two months and the super-huge type machinery products delivery time is less than a half year.
There is a 25-ton refining furnace in steel foundry, a 10-ton electric arc furnace and six intermediate frequency furnace , 2 large heating furnace, 2 production of sand processing, and 20 more lifting equipment . it achieves an annual output of 36000 tons of various carbon steel, alloying steel castings, casting processing for 80 tons, diameter of 6.5 meters of various work, with an annual output of 30000 tons high-quality steel, all for our enterprise.
